Bangladesh names 16-player squad for UAE tri-series including Aliss Al Islam's ODI debut

The Bangladesh Cricket Board has selected a 16-member squad for the upcoming ODI tri-nation series against Zimbabwe and Afghanistan in the UAE. Litton Das will captain the team with Towhid Hridoy as vice-captain. New inclusions are mystery spinner Aliss Al Islam, who is making his ODI debut, and pacer Hasan Mahmud to boost the bowling attack. The tri-series will run from October 17 to 23, with Bangladesh opening against Zimbabwe. The squad changes reflect efforts to reshape the batting order and strengthen the bowling options after recent mixed results in ODI series earlier in the year.
