England A to play red-ball game in India tour ahead of Women's Ashes
England A will include a four-day red-ball game during their upcoming India tour in November-December as part of preparation for the Women's Ashes next summer. The tour also features three T20 and three 50-over matches. This marks another winter without senior international cricket for England, who wrapped up their home summer with a 3-0 win over Ireland. Post-Christmas, England has planned T20 and one-day series against Sri Lanka, a T20 Champions Trophy in India, and a series versus West Indies, which may include a Test match. The England A squad includes 11 internationally capped players such as Issy Wong, Lauren Filer, and Tilly Corteen-Coleman.
